Our office does not have an elevator and requires the use of stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, please consider booking a TeleHealth session. If you require assistance, please contact us directly at info@mindfullotustherapy.ca

In order to book online you must provide a valid credit card on file for the case of a late cancellation or no show. Please note that insurance companies will not cover these charges.

Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice. If for any reason you are unable to make your session, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule or you will be billed for the full rate of your session.

Direct billing is available through Alberta Blue Cross, GreenShield, Canada Life/GWL, Manulife Financial, and Medavie (RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, Medavie Blue Cross, and Interim Federal Health Program). If you aren’t sure about your coverage, please contact your benefits provider directly for that information prior to your first session.

If you are a return client looking to add yourself to your therapist’s waitlist, please select your therapist’s waitlist only and make sure to specify the exact days of the week and times you are available.

Adult Individual Therapy
Life and relationships are complicated. Sometimes, you may feel like you have everything under control. Other times, the challenges may outweigh your ability to cope with them, no matter how hard you try. This may lead you to feeling stuck in the chaos, or even worse, spiralling further down, confused about what to do next.
Individual therapy will help you uncover a way to cope with life’s challenges in a caring, nonjudgemental, and supportive environment. Our therapists work hard to collaboratively meet each individual's needs in an effort to improve your emotional, behavioural, and social well-being. Couples Therapy
There is no doubt about it…relationships are hard! For most couples, the decision to try couples counselling is not an easy one and it takes courage to recognize our difficulties and face them. Couples therapy can be an opportunity to build a path forward that is mutually beneficial and built on trust, especially after difficult periods. Counselling can help a couple develop stronger relationship skills that will help support a more effective means of navigating conflict.

Adult Family Therapy
Family dynamics are complicated and are constantly evolving and changing over time as family circumstances naturally change. Consequently, there are many issues that can influence a family’s decision to seek family therapy.
Our goal is to create a safe space that your family can talk about what is impacting everyone involved, and to better examine what can be done to improve the family dynamics. Family therapy aims to alter the interactional patterns and communication styles between family members. It helps families better understand how relationship dynamics impact the family's response to everything from major life events to simple tasks of daily living. Our therapist will help you to get to the root of your relational struggles, create a unique plan for moving forward, and take steps to experience the relationship you desire.
