Please read these important notes prior to booking:

  1. Our office does not have an elevator and requires the use of stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, please consider booking a TeleHealth session. If you require assistance, please contact us directly at info@mindfullotustherapy.ca

  2. In order to book online you must provide a valid credit card on file for the case of a late cancellation or no show. Please note that insurance companies will not cover these charges.

  3. Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice. If for any reason you are unable to make your session, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule or you will be billed for the full rate of your session.

  4. Direct billing is available through Alberta Blue Cross, GreenShield, Canada Life/GWL, Manulife Financial, and Medavie (RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, Medavie Blue Cross, and Interim Federal Health Program). If you aren’t sure about your coverage, please contact your benefits provider directly for that information prior to your first session.

  5. If you are just not sure who would be a great fit for you or you’d prefer to speak with someone directly, we would be more than happy to support you! You may reach us at info@mindfullotustherapy.ca for support, questions, or inquiries.

  6. If you are a return client looking to add yourself to your therapist’s waitlist, please select your therapist’s waitlist only and make sure to specify the exact days of the week and times you are available.

Are you no longer able to manage like you used to? Are you dissatisfied in your relationship and feel unsure what to do next? Are you feeling angrier, sadder, or more irritable? Life can often send challenges our way that we aren’t prepared for, which can cause us to feel stuck, scared, and lost. Ultimately, we are all looking to feel at ease in our own skin, fulfilled in our relationships, satisfied with our lives, and free to be ourselves. Therapy is a chance to step back from the way we have always done things so we can make sense of what is going on around and within us. To reconnect with what matters most in a safe environment.

I have many years of experience in the area of Mental Health and Addictions, and have provided psychological services in a variety of settings with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. My therapy style tends to be direct. I will provide suggestions and won’t simply sit across from you and quietly nod my head. At the same time, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and accepting environment that encourages people to reach their goals. Moreover, I draw from several therapeutic modalities as each person’s needs are unique and different.

I will provide you with an experience that is both warm and caring, but also enlightening and knowledgeable. We will work together to uncover unhelpful patterns and work towards positive change. I will help guide you to a place where you have greater confidence in your ability to manage challenges. I look forward to walking beside you on your journey!
